That warning is in place for one particular precious, pearl-clutching reader who was clamorously offended by the (admittedly profligate) use of the “f-word” in a clip of “The Big Lebowski” I referenced in a recent album review.

My apology and suggestion that he simply unsubscribe were somehow insufficient, so now I offer content warnings to avoid further visits from the Word Police.

That said, it was the only complaint I have received after two years and 300,000 views. This tells me Media Room readers like you are cool.
