I Am Deeply Concerned About Adventure Bay's Emergency Response Regime
Executive Summary: It's a 10 Year Old, a Bunch of Puppies, and About A Billion Dollars Worth of Equipment
Adventure Bay seems like a lovely community amidst an almost implausibly diverse ecosystem. The city gets its name from a sparkling bay spanned with a beautiful suspension bridge. Its small, older population enjoys oceanside living with close proximity to an alpine mountain with a thriving winter sports industry.
Clearly, Adventure Bay’s remarkable eco-diversity demands a robust emergency response regime, as it must be safeguard and defend a deep-water harbor as well as police alpine residential and commercial interests. An equipment inventory of Alpine Bay’s Emergency Response Team counts no fewer than 26 vehicles, including a jet and submarine.
While this estimated $1.3 billion durable goods investment may be justifiable given Adventure Bay’s stunning biodiversity, the public interest demands that such a capital investment be accompanied with an equally large investment in personnel and training.
